2004 Hatteras 75′ Motor Yacht – $1,495,000

There is an enclosed ice machine with Avonite countertops. The aft deck sole is non-skid fiberglass. There are stereo speakers overhead with volume controls. At the forward end of this deck is the salon entrance through two sliding glass and stainless-steel watertight doors.

Flybridge and Boat Deck:
The flybridge is accessed by a stairwell on the starboard side in the wheelhouse through a watertight sliding door. The helm is centerline with a full electronics console and two Pompanette helm chairs. There is a massive storage area below the helm. Aft of the helm again is an island key bar with an Avonite top and wet sink. There is a U-Line refrigerator forward and three bar stools aft. There are large port and starboard L-shaped settees with storage under that are covered Sunbrella. Between the two settees is a passage to the tender on centerline chocks. Outboard to starboard is a the MarQuipt 1,500 lb. davit. The area forward to the tender has a custom made Pipewelders hardtop with lighting, stereo speakers and tracks for enclosure.

Salon:
The salon is paneled in American Cherry with a high gloss finish on all bulkheads and accent moldings and is full beam width. The soft goods and decorator accents compliment the wood beautifully and are very high end. There are silhouette blinds. The carpet is Fabrica Radiance. There are very large windows on both sides that affords ample natural light for the room. Upon entering the salon, there is along tan couch and ottoman in the front on the port side. There is storage under the couch and ottoman. Opposite the couch to starboard is a cherry cabinet with bi-fold pocket doors that houses a 42” flat screen TV. To port, forward of the couch is a custom inlaid teak dining table with four chairs. At the forward end of the table are below-counter cabinets housing the dishware, glasses, with keepers sized for all plates and glassed. Directly opposite to starboard is the curved access stairwell to the master stateroom. Forward to starboard is a dining banquette with beige covering that will seat four comfortably. The dining table top is granite.

Galley:
The galley is opposite the dinette on the port side and occupies the forward engine of the salon. The galley is U-shaped and professionally laid out for ease of food preparation and cooking. The appliances are all top of the line. There is a prep sink with disposal and a large pot sink outboard. The counters and backsplashes are all granite; the deck is teak and holly Amtico. There is an abundance of over and under cabinetry and storage in the galley. Please see equipment list for all galley equipment.

Master Stateroom:
The master stateroom is accessed by the curved stairwell with carpeted steps on the starboard side of the salon to arched cherry French doors. The stateroom is American Cherry and is expansive. The soft goods in the room are high end. There are four large port lights allowing ample natural light with room darkening blinds. On the forward bulkhead to port is a cedar lined walk-in closet with safe and a cabinet with flat screen TV, radio, CD and DVD player. All staterooms have their own satellite receivers. Below the TV is a two-door cabinet that has four large drawers. Both the port and starboard sides of the master had large drawers on each side. There is an additional hanging locker on the starboard side. Storage is also under all the beds.

Master His and Hers Baths:
The master baths, port and starboard, have marble floors, onyx stone counter tops, and mirrored bulkheads. There is an over-sized Jacuzzi tub on center line with a glass enclosure and access on both sides. The bed is a centerline king that has large and have good lighting. There is under-counter and counter storage in the bathrooms.

In the foyer outside the Master entranceway is a door to the Machinery space.

Machinery Space:
The machinery space is thoughtfully laid out and has an abundance of redundant systems throughout. The captain has, since the boat was built, carefully thought out systems placement for maintenance and repair situations and has created an engine room that has “ease of operation” in all areas. The engine room is as new and has a walk-through. Please see the list of equipment for all particulars. Hanging storage racks above each engine and stainless-steel sink. Access doors are forward and aft.

Wheelhouse:
The wheelhouse is located forward of the salon and galley and has wing doors port and starboard to the decks forward. There is a door to separate the salon from the wheelhouse. The wood is gloss cherry with Majelite Whisper Wall bulkheads and overheads. From centerline to outboard port bulkhead is a three-person helm bench seat with chart drawers and cabinet storage below. There is an office cabinet at the end of the bench with storage. The helm is centerline and has all updated navigation and operation on systems of a much larger yacht. The sole is Amtico with Compass Rose inlay. There is a stairwell on the starboard side that allows access to the forward guest staterooms. The stairwell has storage cabinets and electrical panel access and ends in a foyer with a full-size head with shower that serves both as a day head and bathroom for the forward stateroom. At the aft end of this foyer is a cabinet with full-size stackable washer/dryer.

Forward Guest Stateroom:
The forward guest stateroom has a centerline queen berth. The forward bulkhead is mirrored, and the stateroom is done with Majelite Whisper Wall and high gloss cherry cabinets. Features include storage cabinets, port side hanging cedar-lined locker, a bulkhead mounted flat screen TV with satellite, radio, CD, and DVD player. The head is accessed by a door by the centerline entrance door. There is also storage under the bed.

Port Double Guest Stateroom:
Located aft of the forward stateroom, to port. Features include over and under twin berths that can serve as crew or guest accommodations. The berths are athwartships with storage under. There is a full ensuite bath with shower. Whisper Wind and gloss wood work, large hanging locker housing a flat screen TV with satellite, radio, CD and DVD player.

Midship VIP Stateroom:
The VIP Stateroom is aft and on centerline with gloss cherry and Whisper Wall bulkheads and ceilings. There is a Queen berth with a large cabinet to port with six drawers. Black-out blinds, under bed storage, cedar lined closets, and engine access.
